    This article extols the virtue of the Mu’atazila and claims that all scientific development was because the Ashari overcame the Mu’atazila. Apart from being historically incorrect, in as much as it doesn’t look at the military decline of the Abbasi Khilafa and the final removal of Islam and Muslim rule from Spain, where most of these scientists hailed from, it denies the authenticity of Hadith and its role in Islamic law and jurisprudence. This looks very suspiciously like an article by someone who follows the Quranieen philosophy and suggest that
