n the face of fear, social isolation, and economic hardship that many families are dealing with as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, conflict at home has been on the rise.
Researchers at the University of Michigan found the stress from the virus has impacted families and caused more issues at home. Their online survey in March 2020 found 1 in 5 parents had spanked or slapped their kid at least one time in the previous two weeks, while 12 percent said they’d done it several times.
