Giving Back to the Springfield Community One Lunch at a Time

Khuram Abbasi, owner of Omar & Sons Furniture in Springfield, has always enjoyed giving back to his community. After noticing those in need right around his store, Abbasi began offering the community a free lunch. Every other Friday Abbasi and his wife Sadia prepare a home-cooked meal that friends and family help serve to the community.
