The Prophet ﷺ said (in the meaning), “Whenever a Muslim supplicates Allah, He grants his supplication or avert a harm from him of equal proportions, as long as he does not supplicate for something sinful or something that would cut off the ties of kinship.” Thereupon someone said: Then we shall supplicate plenty. The Prophet ﷺ said: Allah is more plentiful in responding.” [at-Tirmidhi, Al–Hakim’s version adds: “…Or lays up an equivalent reward for him.”].
The Messenger of Allah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said: ” If fornication and adultery is widespread and done openly, then you should know that this has never happened without new diseases befalling the people which their forefathers never suffered.”(Shaihut-targeeb)
Prophet Mohammad said: “Three things destroy, and three things save. As for the three things that destroy, they are: greediness that is obeyed, and desires that are followed, and a person becoming self-conceited (and proud) with himself. As for the three things that save, they are: the knowledge that leads to the fear of Allah in secret and public, and moderation in poverty and richness, and fairness in anger and pleasure.” [Silsilah al-Hadith as-Saheehah]

Words, of the Prophet Mohammad, answering question of Muahth : “O Prophet of Allah, will what we say be held against us?” (Al-Tirmithi,).
Anas bin Malik (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “Among the inmates of Hell, a person who had led the most luxurious life in this world will be brought up on the Day of Resurrection and dipped in the Fire and will be asked: ‘O son of Adam! Did you ever experience any comfort? Did you happen to get any luxury?’ He will reply: ‘By Allah, no, my Rubb.’ And then one of the people of Jannah who had experienced extreme misery in the life of this world will be dipped in Jannah. Then he will be asked: ‘O son of Adam! Did you ever experience any misery? Did you ever encounter difficulty?’ He will say: “By Allah, no my Rubb, I neither experienced misery nor passed through hardship”.[Muslim].
