Lailatul-Qadr

It is the night of Mercy, Peace. Allah blessed it by multiplying your good deeds more than 1000 months. It is most likely to be on the night of the 26th of Ramadhan. a special program will be presented by the Islamic Society of Western Massachusetts.

Rasoulolaah (Salla-llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) used to say upon breaking fast: “Thahaba ath-thama-o Wabtallati-l  Arooqu, Wa thabatal Ajru Inshaa’a Allahu” it means: “the thirst has gone, the veins are moistened and the reward is certain if Allah wills.” It is also reported that he said, “O Allah! It is for you that I have fasted, and it is with your provision that I have broken fast?’ In another Hadith, it is reported that he said: “all praise and thanks are due to Allah who gave me the strength to fast and who gave me the provisions with which to break fast.” May Allah accept our Fasting, prayers and Du’aa

"Ramadhan is the (month) in which was sent down the Qur'an, as a guide to mankind, also clear (Signs) for guidance and judgment (Between right and wrong). So every one of you who is present (at his home) during that month should spend it in fasting, but if any one is ill, or on a journey, the prescribed period (Should be made up) by days later. Allah intends every facility for you; He does not want to put to difficulties. (He wants you) to complete the prescribed period, and to glorify Him in that He has guided you; and perchance ye shall be grateful."002.185
