The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: “By the Onein whose hand is the soul of Muhammad the believer is like a bee which eats that which is pure and wholesome and lays that which is pure and wholesome. When it lands on something it does not break or ruin it.” The bee only eats from flowers which are tayyib (pure and wholesome). It is not attracted to repulsive things, unlike some other insects. Likewise the believer only eats that which is pure and wholesome. The bee lays or excretes honey which is also tayyib. Likewise only that which is good and wholesome comes forth from the believer, whether it be his words, his intentions or his actions. The bee is light and nimble and does not break the flowers upon which it lands, nor does it ruin them. Likewise the believer is gentle in his dealings with the creation and does not harm or ruin any human or animal or plant.
Prophet Mohammad (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) was asked, ‘Which people are the best?’ He said, ‘Those with pure hearts and truthful tongues’. They said, ‘We know the meaning of truthful tongues, but what is pure hearts?’ The Prophet replied, “It is that heart which is God’s conscious, clear of negative thinking, good with God, and has no injustice nor envy or jealousy/malice toward others” (Sahih ibn Majaha)
“There isn’t time,so brief is life, for bickerings, apologizes, heartburnings, callings to account. There is only time for loving, and but an instant,so to speak, for that. The good life is built with good relationships”(Mark Twain)

The Shaitan (Devil) has misled most people by beautifying for them the performance ofcertain voluntary acts of worship such as voluntary prayers and voluntary fasting while neglecting other obligatory acts of worship such as enjoining the good and transforming the evil to good , to the extent that they do not even make the intention of performing them whenever they are able to. Such people are considered by the scholars to be on the bottom of the scale of religion: For the essence of our religion is to perform what Allah ordered us to do. The one who does not perform his obligations is actually worse than the one who performs sins. Anyone having some knowledge about the revelation of Allah, the guidance of the Prophet, salla-llahu alayhe wa sallam, and the life of the companions would conclude that those who are pointed at today as the most pious people are in fact the least pious. Indeed, what kind of piety is there in a person who witnesses the good is abandoned and evil is widespread and keep silent?
