Here is the way to Perform Ruku’e before Allaah (Bowing Before the Almighty God only):

Grasping his knees by his hands and separating between the fingers. -
Stretching the back on flat manner.

Making the head in the same level of the back i.e. avoiding lowering or raising it.

Separating his upper arms from his waist.
Grasping his knees by his hands and separating between the fingers.
